Quality Communication experience

In an increasingly globalized workplace, the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and an organisation is critical.

The art of communication begins with oneself and extends to others. Creating greater quality communication experiences will lead to a greater human connection, will support the maintenance of rapport, an increase in self-confidence and happiness in the work place. This training sees communication as an experience for all parties and focuses on the element of achieving a quality experience for all.

Through the use of active participation individually and in groups and dynamic meditation techniques and tips, participants will practise quality communication experience.

An MP3 audio will be shared with each participant to allow for continued development of awareness.

Details

An individual’s experience of a communication episode reflects the cognitive, behavioural, and affective aspects of communication as well as the individual’s perceptions about the exchange process with the other party. A wide variety of topics will be covered with practical and immediate application within the training and after. Topics such as how words, thoughts, emotions, remaining calm, avoiding judgement and fear will be practised and learned. Awareness of self, of others and the environment is crucial for quality communication experiences and participants will learn how to enhance awareness.
