Quality Decision Making

Decision making is an everyday occurrence in both a personal and professional capacity for small (not very important) and large (extremely important) decision and for short term and long term decisions and yet have we stopped to understand how we make decisions.

Everyday we witness bad decisions, which have major impact on the economy, on society and on us personally made by politicians, world leaders, organisational leaders and colleagues. As part of our desire to advance and remain relevant (when robots can potentially make better decisions) as humans understanding the art of decision making is crucial.

This interactive training focuses on inner resources to gain clarity (invite the unconscious mind), to step out of the situation, to remain neutral, to see the situation as if for the first time, to leave judgment, the ego and fear out of the equation and create openness, trust intuition and gain in self-confidence and self-awareness.

Through the use of active participation individually and in groups and dynamic meditation techniques and tips, participants will practise quality decision making.

An MP3 audio will be shared with each participant to allow for continued conscious self development.
