The journey begins with a self-assessment tool to learn more about yourself, followed by such vital tools as career-evaluation, résumé & cover letter-writing, developing job-search skills and defining your personal action plan. If you choose, training in interview-preparation can wait until you have that important interview in your sights.

Once you have mastered the networking process with Plug into YOUR network, we will open our world to your job search with Plug into OUR network, our most sought after signature service. This feature of Intensive Track will set you aside from the crowd and push your entire career process further.

How does it work?

Intensive Track is a major commitment – both from you and from us! And it is worth it, as we want results – don’t we?

You will work closely with your personal coach who will guide you on how to focus your time and effort to achieve your goals. Like our other tracks, each session consist of 1-hour each. Sessions may consist of a combination of face-to-face, phone or email meetings with your coach, as well as external research on your behalf.

Some individuals may decide they want additional support, you can extend our services on a per-session basis or by adding on from Our Extras.
